About
Anna Claire Tucker joined Blanchard Walker in 2024. She graduated summa cum laude from Mississippi State University in 2021 where she was a member of the Shakouls Honors College, the Mississippi State Equestrian Team, Chi Omega Sorority, the Panhellenic Executive Council, and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
She earned her Juris Doctorate (cum laude) and Certificate of Civil Law Studies from Mississippi College School of Law in 2024. Anna Claire served as Chair of the Mississippi College School of Law Moot Court Board and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national honorary organization whose purpose is the encouragement of oral advocacy and brief writing skills through effective law school oral advocacy programs. While on the moot court board, she competed in the National Moot Court Competition, the E. Earle Zehmer National Moot Court Competition, the Fifth Circuit Elliot Cup Bankruptcy Competition, and the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition.
While in law school, Anna Claire also served as the President of the Christian Legal Society, an executive board member for the Civil Law Society, a Dean’s Ambassador, and was the Teaching Assistant for Professor Alina Ng’s Property Course.
In 2023, Anna Claire served as a legal extern for the Mississippi Court of Appeals, working under the Honorable Judges David McCarty, Anthony Lawrence, and Joel Smith. She was also invited to be a pupil in the Charles Clark Inn of Court in Jackson, Mississippi.
Currently, she is serving as the Panhellenic Advisor for the Iota Gamma Chapter of Chi Omega at Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana.
